Simple Meaning:

Krishna's Moon face Worshipped by the Moon

If You want to hear then listen carefully to something that even the incomparable poets of old did not take notice of. The sequence by which Your moon face is worshipped in arati ceremony, the lamp of the moon has been bearing the burden of worshipping the centre point of that very same face for a long time.

The Rasa-laden Commentary:

Lamp of the Moon Performs Arati of Krishna's Dark-hued Face

Seeing the Supreme Lord, the wealth of his life, in front, Shri Billavmangalji Maharaj is sort of joking with him and saying,"O clever Shekhar! Shyam Sunder, the dark and handsome Krishna~!If you listen carefully I will tell you- even unprecedented poets of ancient times did not take note of this fact that the lamp of the moon was performing the arati of Your dark-hued face.

Moon in the Sky

Shri Lilashuk says that the moon in the sky has been sincerely worshipping Your face since a long time and has thus attained proximity to Your round face. Having acquired the right to enter the sphere of lamps, the moon is worth being compared to a lamp, and is not an object which is worthy of comparison to Your face.
The moon just longs to be considered worthy of performing the arati of Your moonlike face.

Moon is a Reflection of Krishna's Face

This prakrit or observable moon in the sky is merely a reflection of your aprakrit or unobservable face. Your moon face is illuminated on its own and is the embodiment of amrit rasa, luscious nectar. It is from here that the moon has attained the slightest trace of light and amrita rasa.

The moon has become mesmerized by Your face on its own. This is its great good fortune.

Krishna'f Face is Koti Chandra Sushitala

Your lotus face is koti chandra sushitala, where one gets the soothing moonlight not only of one, but of millions of moons:, koti surya samaprabha, where one gets an effulgence which is as brilliant as million of suns!

It will be absolutely ridiculous to compare Krishna's face to the moon in the sky, it can not be considered worthy of being equated to it in any way.

Stars & Moon in the Sky

Shri Krishna Chandra has not only bestowed its light and amrita rasa to this prakrit or observable moon but the name Chandra as well. Stars circumambulate around the moon because it is associated with the name Krishna Chandra.

keval nate naam ke nakhat lakhat nishi chandra |
binu hari nate bhanu lakhi, karahin sakuch chakhband |

Stars move around the night moon only because of its name. Whereas we instinctively close our eyes in response to the sun's glare since the sun is not associated with the name of Hari.
