Sugriva Sends His Monkeys to Search for Ma Sita
Kakbhusundi narrated how Sugriva (the lord of the monkeys) sent the monkeys who went forth in every direction, in search of Sita. How they entered a cave and later met Sampati (Jatayu's elder brother). How after hearing the report from him,
Hanumana Leaps Over the Ocean
Hanumana, the son of the wind-god, leapt over the vast ocean. And then he narrated how Hanumana sneaked into Lanka
Hanumana Meets Sita in the Ashok Vatika
and later on reassured Sita. Soon after laying waste the Ashoka grove and warning Ravana,
Hanuman Sets Fire to Lanka
he set fire to the city of Lanka. Thereafter how he leapt back across the ocean; and the manner in which all the monkeys assembled where Lord Raghuvir was, and told Him of Sita's well being. And then how the Lord of the Raghus went with His army and camped on the seashore.
Vibhishana Welcomes Lord Rama
How Vibhisana came and met Him;
The Ocean Asks Rama for Forgiveness
and how the ocean bowed to Rama and begged to be forgiven.

Lord Rama & His Monkey Army Cross the Ocean
Then Bhusundi narrated how after making a bridge across the ocean, the army of monkeys crossed over to the other side. And how Angada, the most heroic son of Bali, went as an envoy to Ravana. He gave an account of the conflict between the demons and monkeys, in its various angles. Thereafter he revealed the might, valour, and eventually the killing of Kumbhakarna and Meghanada.

Lord Rama Kills Ravana
Kakbhusundi then told about the destruction of the demons and the various episodes of combat between Lord Raghuvir and Ravana. Ravana's death, Mandodari's grief, the enthronement of Vibhisana and the end of the gods' sorrows.
Ma Sita's Reunion with Lord Raghuvir
Then he spoke of Sita being united again with the Lord of the Raghus. He went on to narrate how the gods sang the Lord's praises with folded hands.
Lord Rama & Sita on the Pushpaka Vimana
How the merciful Lord then mounted the Puspaka Vimana (aerial car) along with the monkeys and flew to Ayodhya. Kakbhusundi described in detail how Lord Rama arrived in Ayodhya, His capital, and all such sacred happenings.
Lord Rama's Coronation
He then spoke of Lord Rama's coronation.
Lord Shiva & Bhavani
(Lord Shiva continues)Giving an account of the city of Ayodhya and its royal policy, Bhusundi narrated the whole story which I have already told you, Bhavani. When he heard the entire tale of Rama, Garuda's mind was rapturous and he thus spoke (of the lord):
