Lord Rama Killing the Ten-Headed Ravana
O Qualified and Unqualified One, whose beauteous form and charm is incomparable! Hail to You, the Shiromani or supreme Jewel of kings! You killed fiercely mighty and wicked demons like the ten-headed Råvan by the power of your arms. Incarnating as a human, You got rid of the earth's burden and turned her terrible sorrows into ashes. Hail to You, O merciful Lord! O Protector of those seeking Your refuge!
Shaktiman Shri Ram with His Shakti, Maa Sita
We respectfully salute You Shaktiman (the divine energetic source) along with Shakti (Sita, the divine feminine energy).O Hari! Because of being enchanted by your impassable Maya (illusory power), gods and demons, någas and human beings, animate and inanimate beings wander about in the path of birth and death, for countless days and nights which are subject to time, karmas and gunas (constituents of nature). O Lord! Those whom you cast a compassionate glance on, are released from the threefold sorrow(which arises due to maya). O Lord Rama, adept in snipping the laborious cycle of birth and death! Protect us. We respectfully salute You. Those people who are particularly intoxicated by the arrogance of false wisdom and do not respect religious devotion to You, which gets rid of the fear of transmigration, may acquire the rank (of Brahma) which even gods find difficult to attain; yet, we see them fall from it.(But) those who have abandoned all hopes and have implicit faith in You, continue to remain Your servants. By chanting solely Your name, they effortlessly cross over the ocean of the mundane world. O Nath! We do your smarana (a concentrated internal practice of meditation) in this fashion.
Ahalya is Brought back to Life by the Touch of Lord Ram's Lotus Feet
Those lotus feet which are worshipped by Lord Shiva and Brahma and by the touch of whose compassionate dust, Ahalya, the wife of sage Gautama, was redeemed.
River Ganges Arises from Lord Rama's Feet
From whose nails the celestial river (Ganges)revered by sages and purifying the three worlds, gushes forth. And the soles of those feet which bear the marks of a flag, thunderbolt, goad and lotus
Thorns Pricked Lord Rama's Feet in the Forest
were scarred by the pricking of thorns as You wandered in the forest.O Mukund! O Ram! O Husband of Rama! We pray to those two lotus feet of Yours everyday.
Lord Rama is Visualised as the Tree of the Universe
The Vedas & Shastras say that we respectfully salute You, the Tree of the Universe (visualised as the world around us) whose root lies in unmanifest Brahma, (the all pervading spirit of the universe),and who is eternal without beginning or end.The Tree which has four layers* of bark, six stems, twenty-five boughs, several leaves and many flowers; which bears two kinds of fruits the sweet and bitter, which has one clinging creeper depending solely on it, which blossoms with fresh flowers and leaves everyday. Let those those who meditate on Brahma as unborn, as singular without a second, is known only through intuition and is beyond the mind's perception, do so. Whereas we O Lord, constantly chant the glories of Your visible form. O Lord, the repository of mercy! O treasure trove of noble virtues. O God! We ask for this boon of just loving your feet by discarding mental agitations in thought, word and deed.

Shiva Arrives to Sing the Glories of Lord Rama
While everyone was looking, the Vedas made this excellent entreaty. Soon after, they vanished and returned to Brahma's abode. (Kabhushundi says)Listen O Garuda! That is when Lord Shiva came where Lord Rama was present and did stuti (sang a hymn of praise) in a voice choking with emotion. His body reached the heights of elation and ecstasy with every hair on his body standing erect.

Shri Ramaraman & Maa Sita
Hail to You! O Råm! O Ramaraman !(the husband of Ma Sita) O Reliever of the agonies of worldly existence ! Protect this servitor, who is distressed due to the fear of transmigration. O King of Ayodhya! O Svami of the gods! O Lord of Lakshmi. O All-Pervading Master! Having taken Your refuge, I just beg of You to guard me.
Lord Rama Dispels the Darkness of this Mundane World
O Lord Rama who rid the earth of all terrifying diseases (miseries) by destroying Råvana who had ten heads and twenty arms! Hordes of demons who were virtually swarming moths were reduced to ashes by the fierce heat of Your fiery arrows. You are an immensely beautiful jewel of the global earth; You are armed with an excellent bow, arrows and quiver. You are the radiant beams of the blazing sun, to dispel the darkness of the night of intense intoxication, delusion and attachment.
Kamdev
The hunter of Kamdev(god of lust) has pierced the heart of human deers with the arrows of licentiousness and made them fall morally. O Hari !(the destroyer of sins-griefs) Killing him, protect these vile orphaned people who have lost their way in the wilderness of sensuality. People are stricken with a number of diseases and bereavements, which is surely the outcome of disrespecting Your feet. Those who do not having loving devotion for Your lotus-feet continue to drift in the imponderable ocean of mundane existence. The ones who do not love Your lotus feet remain wretched, dejected and unhappy, forever.
The Lotus Feet of Lord Ram
Whereas saints and the eternal Lord (Yourself) become constantly dear to those who support the tale of Your lila or divine play. They are free of desire, greed, pride and intoxication. Prosperity (joy) and adversity (sorrow) are the same for them. That is why sages give up faith in Yoga (mental discipline)forever, and gladly become Your servitors. Lovingly they take a pledge and with a pure heart, constantly serve Your lotus-feet. Considering honour and disrespect to be alike, all these saints happily roam around on earth.
Lord Raghuvir is Like a Bee Dwelling in the Lotus Heart of Sages
O bee which dwells in the lotus heart of sages! O great Hero of the Raghus, invincible and steadfast in battle! I worship You( take refuge in You.) O Hari! Repeatedly, I chant Your Name and bow to You. You are a great remedy for the disease of the cycle onf birth and death, and an enemy of pride. You are the supreme abode of good qualities, virtuousness and compassion. You are Lakshmipati (husband of Lakshmi) and I constantly greet You respectfully. O Raghunandan!( delight of the Raghus)Kindly put an end to hordes of contrary experiences (such as joy and sorrow, pleasure and pain, attraction and repulsion). O Rajan, the preserver of the earth! Just cast a glance on this humble servant.

Mahadev, the Lord of Uma, Returns to Mount Kailash
Over and over again, I ask only this boon from You to grant me unceasing devotion for Your lotus-feet and constant association with your devotees. Be pleased,O Lakshmipati (husband of Lakshmi) and grant me just this. Having sung the glories of Lord Rama's virtues, Mahadev, the Lord of Uma, returned to Kailasa. Thereafter the Lord had dwellings which were comfortable in every respect, allotted to the monkeys.
* The four states of consciousness, are waking life, dream, sound sleep and the pure impersonal state, the four layers of bark; the six states of existence, are to be, to come into being, to undergo transformation, to grow, to decay and to perish, are the six stems; the twenty-five categories of which this world of matter is composed (Primordial Matter, Cosmic Reason, the Cosmic sense of Ego, the Cosmic Mind, the Cosmic Intellect, the five senses of perception; the senses of hearing, touch, sight, taste and smell, the five subtle elements and the five Mahåbhutas are the twenty-five boughs; the countless latent desires are the countless leaves, the acts of volition to attain such desires are the abundant flowers, pleasure and pain are the twofold fruit and Måyå (or illusory power) is the creeper that clings to this tree of the universe.
