third eye: Shiva is often depicted with a third eye, with which he burned Kamdev to ashes. Therefore he is called "Tryambakam"
Chandrashekar: The epithet Chandraśekhara means Shiva bears the crescent moon on his head. chandra = moon; śekhara = crest, crown
