The Grand Coronation of Lord Rama
Listen, O Garuda! (said Kakbhushundi) This story purifies (everyone) and gets rids of the threefold suffering (bodily, related to the soul and psychological) of mankind, and the fear of birth and death. On (selflessly) hearing the narrative of King Rama', propitious Coronation, men become detached (from worldly desires) and acquire knowledge (understanding of the identity of the self with the ultimate being). Those who hear or sing it with some desirous motive attain several kinds of happiness and prosperity. After enjoying world pleasures which are tough to attain by even gods they go to Lord Råma's supreme abode, in the end. If a delivered soul, an unattached (from worldly objects) and a sensual person hears it, they (sequentially) obtain religious devotion, salvation and new prosperity(experiences fresh enjoyments everyday).
Ayodhya Celebrating Ram Rajya
O Garuda, king of the birds! As per the the reach of my wisdom I have narrated the story of Lord Råma (which gets rid of the fear (of birth and death) and sorrows. It consolidates renunciation, discernment and bhakti, and is a beautiful boat for crossing over the river of delusion (as to the supposed reality of the world.) Everyday there was some new festive rejoicing in Avadhpuri (the city of Ayodhyå) and all classes of people were happy. Everybody developed an increasing affection for Lord Råma's lotus-feet, which are respectfully saluted by even Lord Shiva, Brahma and the sages.
Bhikshuks were Given Clothes
Beggars were provided with various kinds of clothes; whereas the Brahmans were given donations of several sorts. (1ó5)

The Lotus Feet of Lord Rama
monkeys were steeped in the joy of Brahma. All of them were lovingly devoted to the Lord's feet. They were unaware of the days passing by and (before they knew) a period of six months had elapsed.

Lord Raghuvir Calls for His Companions
They had absolutely forgotten about their home (what to talk of this mundane world)and never thought of it even in their dreams just as a saint would never harbour any hostility towards others. The Lord of the Raghus then called for all His companions. All of them came and respectfully bowed their heads. Very lovingly, He made them sit next to Him and spoke tender words which were the delight of devotees to them-
His Monkey Friends are Very Dear to Lord Rama
You all have served with great dedication. How can I possibly praise you, at your face? For my sake, you sacrificed your home and comforts, therefore you have become very dear to me. My younger brothers, My crown, My wealth, Janaki (My wife), My body, My home, My family line and friends are all dear to Me but none to the same extent as you. I tell no you lies and that is my innate nature. Servitors are loved by everyone, ethically (as a rule.) (But) as for Me, I am particularly fond of my servants (instinctively.)

Lord Rama is Omnipresent
O companions of Mine! All of you must return to your homes, as of now. You can worship Me there, as a fixed regime. Knowing Me to be eternally omnipresent and One who works for the well-being of others, love Me intensely.
