43rd & 44th Verses of Shri Hanuman Bahuk and Shri Ramraksha Stotra

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 43rd Verse

Sitapati saaheb sahaay Hanuman nit,

Hit updesko mahes maano gurukaai,

Maanas bachan kaay saran tihaare paany

Tumhare bharose sur maain na jaane surkaai ||

Byaadhi bhootjanit upaadhi kaahoo khalkee,

Samaadhi keeje Tulseeko jaani jan phurkaai |

Kapinaath Raghunaath bholaanaath Bhootnaath,

Rogsindhu kyon na daariyat gaay khurkaai ||

Oh Hanumanji! Svami Sitanathji (husband of Sita) is your perpetual rescuer and Mahesh (Shiva) is your guru or spiritual guide as far as profitable advice is concerned. I have the refuge of your feet, physically, mentally and vocally. Having implicit faith in you I did not consider the gods as deities.

Bearing in mind that Tulsi is your true devotee, get rid of the pain arising due to illness, maybe an evil spirit, or the conspiracy of some wicked person and calm this ache. Oh Kapinath (lord of the monkeys), Raghunath (a title of Rama), Bholanath and Bhootnath (titles of Shiva)! Who don't you transform the deep ocean of ill health into a cow's hoof?

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 44th Verse

Kahon Hanumanson sujaan Raamraayson,

Kripanidhaan sankarson saavdhaan suniye |

Harash vishaad raag rosh gun doshmaee,

Birchee biranchi sab dekhiyat duniye |

Maya jeev kaalke karamke subhaayke,

Karaaiya Raam baid kahaain saanchee man guniye |

Tumhaten kahaa na hoy haahaa so bujhaaiye mohi,

Haaun hoon rahon maaun hee bayo so jaani luniye ||

Listen attentively to what I have to say to Hanumanji, the discerning king Rama, and Shankarji who is the trove of mercy. It has been seen that the creator has made the entire world, delightful, dejected, loving and raging, virtuous and sinful. The Vedas affirm that Ramchandraji is the preserver of the illusory world, mankind, kaal (eventual fate), karmas (actions) and temperament. Mentally I have acknowledged this fact to be the truth.

I beg that you make me understand what is it that can not be done by you. Thereafter I will keep quiet on knowing that I reap what has been sown by me.

41st & 42nd Verses of Shri Hanuman Bahuk

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 41st Verse

Asan-basan-heen visham-vishaad-leen,

Dekhi deen doobro karaai na haay-haay ko |

Tulsee anaathso sanaath Raghunaath kiyo,

Diyo phal seelsindhu aapne subhaayko ||

Neech yahi beech pati paai bharuhaaigo,

Bihaai prabhu-bhajan bachan man kaayko |

Taaten tanu peshiyat ghor bartor mis,

Phooti-phooti niksat lon Raamraayko ||

Who was there who did not lament over the wretched and weak state of mine, stripped of food and clothes, and steeped in terrible dejection.

Adopting such an orphaned Tulsi, svami Raghunathji, the ocean of compassion, gave him the best reward, in accordance to his nature. Meanwhile this base person became arrogant on getting fame and abandoned singing devotional songs for Rama physically-mentally and vocally.

Ramji's salt can be seen breaking out as eruptions of terrifying bartor (a pimple which is caused by breaking up of the root of a hair) on the body because I was ungrateful to him.

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 42nd Verse

Jiaon jag jaankeejeevanko kahaai jan,

Maribeko baaraansee baari sursariko |

Tulseeke duhoon haath modak haai aise thaun,

Jaake jiye muye soch karihaain na lariko |

Moko jhootho saancho log Ramko kahat sab,

Mere man maan haai na harko na hariko ||

Bhaaree peer dusah sareertain bihaal hot,

Souu Raghubeer binu sakaai door kariko ||

May I live in this world termed as the slave of Ramchandraji who is the life of Janki, whereas for dying there is Kashi and banks of the divine river Ganges.Tulsi is lucky either way with laddus in both his hands. Even children will not be concerned about his life at stake.( as it hangs between life and death) All the people acclaim me as a servant of Ram in every way .

Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva

My mind is also proud of the fact that apart from Ramchandraji I am neither a bhakta of Shiva or Vishnu. Distraught am I due to the excruciating pain in my body and who can get rid of it except for Raghunathji.

39th & 40th Verses of Shri Hanuman Bahuk

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 39th Verse

Baahuk-subaahu neech leechar-mareech mili,

Munhpeer-ketujaa kurog jaatudhaan haain|

Ram naam japjaag kiyo chahon saanuraag,

Kaal kaise doot bhoot kahaa mere maan haain ||

Sumire sahaaya RamLakhan aakhar douu,

Jinke samooh saake jaagat jahaan haain|

Tulsee sanbhaari Tadhka-sanhaari bhaaree bhat,

Bedhe bargadse banai baanvaan haain ||

Lord Rama in pursuit of demon Marich guised as a golden deer

The base strength of the arms's pain, demon Marich (who had assumed the form of a golden deer and beguiled Rama) of the weak body and the Tadka(wife of the demon Sund and mother of Marich) of facial aches plus others are conspiring with evil rakshasas. I want to do the yagya of chanting the name of Ram with loving tenderness, but are these fiends, equivalent to the messenger of death, in my control?( Absolutely not.)

Doing smarana or recollecting both the alphabets (Ra and M) which are being celebrated the world over, with concentration will certainly help me. Oh Tulsi! You contemplate on the great warrior who slaughtered Tadka. Making her the target of his arrow, he will pierce her (dismiss her from her stand) like a banyan tree.

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 40th Verse

Baalpane soodhe man Ram sanmukh bhayo,

Ramnaam leit maangi khaat tooktaak haaun |

Paryo lokreetimein puneet preeti Ramraaya,

Mohbas baaitho tori tarkitraak haaun ||

Khote-khote aachran aachrat apnaayo,

Anjanikumar sodhyo Rampaani paak haaun

Tulsee gosaaen bhayo bhonrhe din bhooli gayo,

Taako phal paavat nidaan paripaak haaun ||

Ever since childhood I came face to face with Shri Ramchandraji directly.Chanting the name of Ram vocally, I begged for scraps of food and ate them.Thereafter absorbed in conventional norms, I broke off the pristine love I had for the feet of Shri Ramchandraji by quickly jumping into this mundane world (in youth) due to ignorance.

While doing wicked deeds at that point of time, Anjani Kumar (Hanumanji) made me his own and had me reformed at the pure hands of Ramchandraji. Tulsi was acclaimed as a gosain and forgot about the worthless days of the past. Finally he is having to face the consequences of those evil acts in abundance as of today.

37th & 38 Verses of Shri Hanuman Bahuk and Shri Ramraksha Stotra

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 37th Verse

Ghanaksharee (polysyllabic name of a Hindi metre)

Kaalkee karaaltaa karam kathinaaee keedhaaun,

Paapke prabhaavkee subhaaya baaya baavre |

Bedan kubhaanti so sahee na jaati raati din,

Soee baanh gahee jo gahee sameerdaavre ||

Laayo taru Tulsee tihaaro so nihaari baari,

Seenchiye maleen bho tayo haai tihoon taavre |

Bhootanikee aapnee paraayekee kripanidhaan,

Jaaniyat sabheekee reeti Ram Raavre||

God knows whether it is the terrifying form of kaal (eventual fate) or the harshness of karmas or actions, the effect of sins,or the madness characteristic of nature.I am having excruciating pain day in and day out, which is unbearable. And it has gripped the same arm which Pavan Kumar (a title of Hanumanji, son of the wind god) had held. The tree of Tulsi has actually been planted by you.

It has withered because of being charred by the three fevers (adhyatmika, adhidaivika, and adhibhautika). Looking intently, water it with your grace. Oh Ramchandraji, the repository of mercy! You very well know your own ways and the ways of those who have been deserted plus evil spirits.

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 37th Verse

Ramo Rajmani sadaa vijayate Ramam Ramesham bhaje

Ramenaa bhihtaa nishaacharchamoo Ramaay tasmai namah

Ramannaasti paraayanam partaram Ramasya daasosmyaham

Rame Chittalayah sadaa bhavtu me bho Ram maamudhhar ||

Shri Ramji, most excellent of the kings, is always triumphant. I sing a devotional song for the husband of Laxmi (wife of Vishnu, Rama was an incarnation of Vishnu).I make obeisance to Ramchandraji who had ruined all the troops of demons. There is no greater refuge than Rama.I attend to the needs of that Ramchandraji. May my mind always be steeped in Rama; Oh Ram! Please lead me to salvation. This verse unveils all the seven declensions of the singular word Rama and mentions one way of remembering them.

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 38th Verse

Paayanpeer petpeer baanhpeer munhpeer,

Jarjar sakal sareer peermaee haai |

Dev bhoot pitar karam khal kaal grah,

Mohipar davri damaanak see daee haai ||

Haaun to bin molke bikaano bali baarehee tain,

Aot Ramnaamkee lalaat likhi laee haai |

Kumbhajke kinkar bikal boodhe gookhurani,

Haay Ramraay aisee haal kahoon bhaee haai ||

Ache in the feet, pain in the stomach, aching arms and a face which hurts-the entire body is writhing in pain and has become decrepit.Gods, evil spirits, paternal ancestors, karmas (actions), kaal (eventual destiny) and base planets-are touring together and firing a volley of cannons at me. I implore devotedly! Ever since boyhood I am your slave for no price in particular and I have written the name of Rama on my brow (destiny) as my patron.

Sage Agastya

Alas king Ramchandraji! Has such a miserable state every arisen that a devotee of sage Agastya (greatest of the seven sages) has been drowned in anxiety?

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 38th Verse

Ram Rameti Rameti Ramey Rame manoramey I

Sahastra naam tatulyam Ram naam varaananey ||

Lord Vishnu
Shri Mahadevji confirms to Parvatiji, “Oh beautiful one! Chanting the name of Rama is equivalent to reciting the 'Vishnu Sahasranama' or the thousand names of Vishnu. Invariably I say,'Ram Ram Ram' and dally in the delightful name of Rama in this manner."

35th & 36th Verses of Shri Hanuman Bahuk and Shri Ramraksha Stotra

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 35th Verse

Gheri liyo rogni kujogni kulogni jyaaun,

Baasar jalad ghan ghata dhuki dhaaee haai |

Barsat baari peer jaariye javaase jas,

Heri hansi haanki phoonki phaaujen taain udhaaee haai |

Khaaye huto Tulsee kurog raadh raaksani,

Kesreekisor raakhe beer bariaaee haai ||

Ailments, bad configurations (of planets) and evil people have beset me like dense gathered clouds speedily flooding the sky, during the day. Showering the water of pain and getting enraged without any offence they have singed me like the fire of jvasa (a thorny shrub used medicinally, it loses its leaves in the rainy season) of glory and made me faint.

Oh Hanumanji, the trove of compassion, the extremely powerful one! Smiling, you look intently, and challenging the troops of your enemies, blow them up with your breath. Oh the valiant son of Kesri!(a lion)The heartless demon of a malicious disease has devoured Tulsi and you have protected me with your might.

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 35th Verse

Aapdaampahar taaram daataaram sarvsampdaam I

Lokaabhiramam Shri Ramam bhooyo bhooyo nammamya hum ||

I bow over and over again to Lord Rama who delights everyone, gets rid of adversities and bestows all kinds of wealth.

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 36th Verse

Savaiyas or a Hindi quatrian of dactylic structure

Raamgulaam tuhee Hanuman

Pitu maatu son mangal mod samoolo ||

Baanhkee bedan baanhpagaar

Pukaarat aarat aanand bhoolo |

ShriRaghubeer nivaariye peer

Rahaaun darbaar paro lati loolo ||

Oh Goswami Hanumanji! You are the supreme master and always support the sevakas or devotees of Ramchandraji. Both the words (Ram-Naam) which are the basis of joyfulness, have brought me up like parents. Oh the one who gives refuge to the arms! Forgetting all delight due to the pain in my arms, I am calling out to you in suffering. Oh heroic one of the Raghu Dynasty! Vanquish my agony so that I can grace your royal court despite being weak and disabled.

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 36th Verse

Bharjanam bhav beejaanaam arjanam sukh sampdaam I

Tarjanam yum dootaanam Ram Rameti garjanam ||

Chanting 'Ram-Ram', destroys the cycle of births (leading to salvation),makes us attain all the joys plus wealth and scares away the envoys of Yama (god of death.)

Tere ghaale jaatudhaan bhaye ghar-gharke |

Tere bal Raamraj kiye sab surkaaj,

Tero gungaan suni geerbaan pulkat,

Sajal bilochan biranchi Hari harke |

Tulsike maathepar haath phero keesnaath,

Dekhiye na daas dukhee tose kanigarke ||

Your might made the monkeys triump over the demons and these evil forces were dispelled from every home because you ruined them.

Relying on your valour, king Ramchandraji fulfilled the complete task of the gods, and you were the one who decorated the array of Raghunathji's social order. The deities are ecstatic on hearing your glories being sung, while Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh turn teary-eyed with emotion. Oh the svami of vanaras or monkeys! Caress Tulsi's forehead. Your slaves are never seen to be suffering since you know how to protect the honour of your dignity.

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 33rd Verse

Manojavam maarut tulya vegam

Jitendriyam buddhi mattam varishttham

Vaataatmjam vaanar youth mukhyam

Shri Ram dootam Sharanam prapadye ||

I take refuge in the son of the Wind God, a leader of the monkey forces, an envoy of Lord Rama, whose movement is like the mind and whose speed equals the wind, who is perfectly chaste and supreme amongst the intelligent, who is foremost of the learned and the great messenger of Shri Rama.

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 34th Verse

Paalo tere tookko parehoo chook mookiye na,

Koor kaaurhee dooko haaun aapnee aur heriye |

Bhoraanaath bhorehee sarosh hot thore dosh,

Poshi toshi thaapi aapno na avderiye ||

Anbu too haaun Ambuchar, amb too haaun dimbh, so na,

Boojhiye bilamb avlamb mere teriye |

Baalak bikal jaani paahi prem pahichaani,

Tulseekee baanh par laameeloom pheriye ||

I have been brought up on your leftovers, do not become silent on my making a mistake. I am a worthless adopter of the wrong course, but you must have a look at yourself.

Oh Bholenath! (a title of Shiva, the simply innocent one, Hanumanji is an incarnation of Shiva) It is due to your gullible nature that you become offended by a slight mistake. Becoming content, settle me by taking me into your shelter. Do not make me miserable by assuming that I am your sevak (attending to your needs).

If you are water I am like a fish and in case you are the mother I am an infant. Do not delay since I solely rely on you for support. Protect me by knowing that your child is distressed, and by identifying love. Caress Tulsi's arm with your long tail (which will eradicate the pain.)

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 34th Verse

Koojantam Ram raameti madhuram madhuraaksharam I

Aaruhya Kavitaa Shakhaam vande Vaalmikilokilam ||

Sage Valimiki

I make obeisance to the black cuckoo of Valmiki who sitting on the branch of poetry, chirps the melodious name of Ram-Ram.

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 31st Verse

Doot Ramrayako, sapoot poot baayko,

Baankee biradaavlee bidit baid gaiyat,

Raavan so bhat bhayo muthikaake ghaayako ||

Aite barhe saaheb samarthko nivaajo aaj,

Seedat susevak bachan man kaayako |

Thoree baanhpeerkee barhi galaani Tulsiko,

Kaun paap kop, lop pragat prabhaayako ||

You are the emissary of King Ramchandra, the virtuous son of the Wind God, physically competent and the supporter of those seeking refuge. The tale of your splendid fame is renowned, the Vedas sing of your glory and a warrior like Ravana who is triumphant in the three worlds was wounded by your blow.

Even with such a greatly competent svami like you showering his grace, your most excellent sevaka (who attends to your needs) is grieved mentally, physically and by speech. Tulsi is very depressed about this slight pain of the arms.Your visible effect has vanished due to which sin of mine or anger.

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 31st Verse

Dakshiney Lakshmano yasya vaame cha janakaatmajaa I

Purato marutir yasya tama vande Raghunandanam ||

I pray to Raghunathji (Rama, lord of the Raghus) who has Lakshmana posited on his right, Sita on his left and Hanumanji resplendent in front.

Gods and goddesses, demons, humans, sages, accomplished siddhas and snakes; big plus small rooted plus living beings, along with demoness Pootna, the devious rakshasas and rakshasis, all of them implicitly obey the command of Pavan Kumar (Hanumanji), an envoy of Rama.

Horrifying magic, deceit, fraud and the onslaught of wretched diseases leave their stand on listening to Hanumanji's appeal. Be furious on my evil deeds, give advise to Tulsi, and rectify the vices which give us sorrow,

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 32nd Verse

Oh Kripanidhaan (store of grace) who looks after the poor! Stricken by poverty I wander from house to house for scraps of food. Beckoning me, you have brought me up like a child. Oh brave Anjani Kumar! Primarily you have protected me, and I have absolute faith that you will not forget your devotee. Oh Kapiraj! (Lord of the monkeys). You are competent in every fashion as of today.

I am telling the truth, who can be equated to you in the three lokas (cosmological regions)? But I am regret that this sevaka (devotee) is bearing such misery. The bird is dying like a child's prank and you are watching the spectacle.

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 29th Verse

Shri Ram Chandra Charan

Shri Ram Chandra Charanau manasaa smaraami

Shri Ram Chandra Charanau vachasaa grinaami

Shri Ram Chandra Charanau Shirasaa namaami

I contemplate on the two feet of Rama with my mind, I sing the glories of Ramchandra's feet with my voice, I bow before them with my bent head plus I seek refuge in them.

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 30th Verse

Aapne hee paaptein tritaapatein ki saaptein,

The pain in my arms has escalated due to my own sins, the three fevers and curses. Neither does it leave me nor is it bearable. Several medicines, charms-incantations-magical practices were resorted to, deities were propitiated but everything was in vain. The ache continues to increase.

Who amongst Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh, karmas or actions, kaal or ages and the illusionary entanglement of this world, not abide by your order. Oh Ramdoot! (envoy of Rama) Tulsi is your attendant and you have stated that he is your sevaka. Oh valiant hero! Your laxity in this matter is hurting me more than the pain.

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 30th Verse

Maataa Ramo Matpitaa. Ram Chandrah

Swaami Ramo matsakhaa Ram Chandrah

Sarvasvam may Ram Chandra Dayaalur

Naanyam jaane naive jaane na jaane ||

Rama is my mother, he is my father,Rama is my master and my friend as well. The kind-hearted Rama means the world to me. I know of no one else except him-absolutely not.

27th & 28th Verses of Shri Hanuman Bahuk and Shri Ramraksha Stotra

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 27th Verse

Sinhika sanhaari bal, sursaa sudhaari chhal,

Lankinee pachhaari maari baatika ujaaree hai |

Lank parjaari makree bidaari baarbaar,

Jaatudhaan dhaari dhooridhaanee kari daaree haai ||

Tori jamkaatari Madodri karhori aanee,

Ravankee raanee Meghnad Manhtaaree haai ||

Bheer baanhpeerkee nipat raakhee Mahaabeer,

Kaaunke sakoch Tulsike soch bhaaree haai ||

Hanumanji fighting demoness Sursa

Slaughtering the power of Sinhika (The female rakshasa, Sinhika, rises up out of the waters and swallows Hanuman as he nears Lanka. Inside the demoness, Hanuman crushes her heart and escapes through her ear.), reforming the deceit of Sursa (the demoness who blocked the sea to Lanka,Becoming very small, Hanumanji went in through her ear and came out of her mouth thus fulfilling the boon that everyone who ventured here must pass through her mouth), killing Lankini (a demoness guarding Lanka) and ravaging the Ashok Vatika (a garden in Lanka where Sita was held captive by Ravana).

Burning the city of Lanka to ashes, you repeatedly annihilated the troops of demons, shredding them apart like a female crocodile. Tearing Yamraj's sword or in other words exposing him, you brought out the mother of Meghnad and Ravana's patrani, Mandodri, from the royal palace.Oh the greatly powerful Kapiraj! Tulsi is very concerned since you have abandoned the fear of his arms' pain intimidated by someone.

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 27th Verse

Ramaay Rambhadraay Ramchandraay Vedhasey

Raghunaathaay naathaay sitayah paataye namah ||

I respectfully salute the Rama who is good, cool as the moon, an incarnation of the Creator, Raghunath (lord of the race of Raghus) and the husband of Sita.

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 28th Verse

Tero baalkeli beer suni sahmat dheer,

Bhoolat sareersudhi sakra-rabi-rahukee ||

Teree baanh basat bisok lokpaal sab,

Tero naam lait rahaai aarti na kaahukee ||

Saam daan bhed bidhi baidhoo labed sidhi,

Haath kapinathheeke chotee chor saahukee|

Aalas anakh parihaaskaai sikhaavan haai,

Aite din rahee peer Tulsike baahukee ||

Oh brave one! Hearing the play of your boyhood, the courageous are also terrified, while Indra, the sun and Rahu lose consciousness of their body. With the might of your arms all lokpaals (deities presiding over the universe) settle down without any grief and by taking your name everybody is free of sorrow.

Superior to what is ordained by incantation, bribery, threat and guile (the traditional means of a king to attain his purposes) and even by study of the Vedas, is that thieves and businessmen are mere puppets in the hands of Kapinath (a title of Hanuman). Is the painful agony hurting Tulsidasji's arms for the past so many days due to your laziness or fury, ridicule or teaching.

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 28th Verse

Shri Ram Ram Raghunandan Ram Ram

Shri Ram Ram Bharataagraj Ram Ram

Shri Ram Ram Runkarkash Ram Ram

Shri Ram Ram Sharanam bhav Ram Ram ||

The meeting of Rama and Bharata

Oh Rama, the darling son of the Raghus! Oh Lord Rama, the elder brother of Bharata! God Rama, boldly daring in battle! May you, become my refuge.

25 & 26th Verses of Shri Hanuman Bahuk and Shri Ramraksha Stotra

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 25th Verse

Karam-karaal-kans Bhoomipaalke bharose,

Bakee bakbhaginee kaahooten kahaa daraaigee|

Barhee bikraal baalghaatinee na jaat kahi,

Baanhubal baalak chabeele chote charaaigee||

Aaee haai banaae besh aap hee bichaari dekh,

Paap jaaya sabko guneeke paale paraaigee|

Pootna pisaachinee jyaaun kapikaanh Tulsikee,

Baanhpeer mahaabeer, tere maare maraaigee||

Infant Lord Krishna killing demoness Putana

Will demoness Putana, the sister of Bakasura, be scared of anyone, relying on the terrible king Kamsa of karmas? Very dangerous in killing children, whose lila or play can not be narrated, she will deceive small gullible infants. You reflect and consider. She has come in the guise a beautiful woman and in case she falls into the clutches of a virtuous person like you, everyone's sins will be annihilated. Oh Kapiraj, the most powerful one!

The pain hurting Tulsi's arms is like demoness Putana and you are very much like child Krishna. She will only die when you kill it.

Shri Ramramraksha Stotra: 25th Verse

Ramam doorvaadal shyaamam padmaaksham peet vaasasam I

Stuvanti naambhirdivyern te sansaarino naraah ||

Those who sing the praise of Rama, who is dark-complexioned like the doorva grass, lotus-eyed, and dressed in yellow clothes, plus has these divine names, are not trapped in the cyclic order of this mundane world.

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 26th Verse

Bhaalkee ki kaalkee ki roshkee tridoshkee hai,

Bedan bisham paap-taap chalchaanhkee |

Karman kootkee ki jantramantra bootkee,

Paraahi jaahi paapinee maleen manmaanhkee ||

Paaihhi sajaay nat kahat bajaay tohi,

Baavree na hohi baani jaani kapinaanhkee |

Aan Hanumaankee dohaaee balvaankee,

Sapath Mahaabeerkee jo rahaai peer baanhkee ||

This excruciating pain is destiny or time, an outcome of anger that is tridosh (a triple disorder of bile, blood and phlegm) or my horrible sins, sorrow or else a mirage. The manner of killing or yantra is the fruit of a tree of mantras (incantation); Oh sinner Putana, you are evil-minded! Run away or else I openly announce that you might become insane on getting to know the wrath of Kapiraj.

If the pain afflicting my arms continues, I will swear and cry for help to the greatly powerful and mighty Hanumanji (or in other words she can not stay as of now.)

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 26th Verse

Ramam Lakshman poorvajam raghuvaram sitapatim sundaram I

Kaakutstham karunarnvam gunnidhim viprapriyam dhaarmikam ||

Raajendram satyasandham Dashrath tanayam shyaamalam shaantmurtium

Vande Lokaabhiraamam Raghukultilakam Raghavam Raavanaarim ||

I pray to Lord Rama who is the elder brother of Lakshman, best of the Raghu, the husband of Sita, very handsome,a son of the Raghu Race, an ocean of compassion, a treasure trove of virtues,a devotee of Brahmans, extremely religious,a great king of kings, truthful, the son of Dashratha, dark-complexioned and an icon of peace, beautiful in all the lokas, a tilak (pride) of the Raghu dynasty, Raghav (a pantronymic of Ramchandra) and the destroyer of Ravana.

whereas the Jambvant (the king of bears who was oldest of the soldiers in Rama's army and his counsellor as well.) of living beings has implicit trust in you.Oh merciful one! Jump from the mountain of Tulsi's loving tenderness since Jambvant (of living beings) waits expectantly while sitting on the powerful mount of the heart which is the most excellent place.

Lankini

Oh Mahabali (most powerful), the bold warrior! Why do not you get rid of my Lankini (the principal guard of the city of Lanka guarding the gates) of painful agony by twisting it with a blow of your leg.

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 23rd Verse

Vedaant vedyo yagneshah puraan puru shottamah I

Jaanaki vallabhah shrimaan prameya paraakramah ||

Rama is the divine knowledge of the Vedantas. He is lord of all yagyas, primeval and the best of men. He is Janaki's beloved and illustrious, whose valour is immeasurable.

Shri Hanuman Bahuk: 24th Verse

Lok-parlokhoon tilok na bilokiyat,

Tose samrath chash chaarihoon nihaariye |

Karm, kaal, lokpaal, ag-jag jeevjaal,

Naath haath sab nij mahimaa bichaariye ||

Khaas daas raavro, nivaas tero taasu ur,

Tulsi so dev dukhee dekhiyat bhaariye |

Baat tarumool banhusool kapikachhu-beli,

Upjee sakeli kapikeli hee ukhaariye ||

When I look all around the mundane world, the next world and the three lokas (cosmological regions) I can sight no one as capable as you. Oh Nath ! Karmas (actions), kaal (time or age), lokpaals (deities presiding over regions of the universe) and the entire fixed plus moving multitude of living beings is in your hands.Consider your majestic grandeur.

Oh god! Tulsi is your personal attendant, you dwell in his heart and he seems to be suffering immensely. The pain which arises from wind (as a bodily humour) is like the creeper of kevaanch (a medicinal plant). Gathering its roots which have sprouted, uproot them like an amusing sport of a monkey.

Shri Ramraksha Stotra: 24 Verse

Ityetaani japan nityam madabhaktah shraddhyaan vitah I

Ashvamedhaadhikam punyam sampraapnoti na sanshayah ||

Ashvamedha Yagna

Lord Shiva states that my devotee who religious does japa or chants these names of Rama daily, undoubtedly gets more fruition than the Ashvamedha Yagna (a Vedic horse sacrifice, performed chiefly by kings often in assertion of a king's dominion over his territory.)
