Simple Meaning:

Billavmangalji Longs to Catch a Glimpse of Youthful Krishna

My eyes constantly desire to see the youthful form of Braj Kishore, who enchants the whole universe. Whose dark eyebrows are impressively curved ( like the bow of Kamdev),Who is endowed with thick eyelashes. The One whose rolling eyes are full of passion and whose gentle speech is loaded with feeling. The red-coloured lips of that Form are nectareous and He delightfully sounds low, clear soft notes on His flute.

The Rasa-laden Commentary:

Braja Gopis are Passionately Drawn by Krishna's Flute Play

Shri Billavmangalji Maharaj says that his eyes are longing to have a vision of that Youth of Braj who enchants the entire universe. He is fully hopeful that he will certainly be able to catch a glimpse of Krishna.

Although this Youth of Braj captivates the whole world, even then the predominant impact of His captivating power is on the Braja maidens. The one whose eyebrows are so very curved, the One who is endowed with thick eyelashes, Whose passionate eyes are so very frivolous; Whose lips are red-hued and who with His nectareous flute play enhances the intoxication of Kandarpa, and draws the Braja gopis in delicious anguish to His side.

Dark-hued Krishna's Capricious Eyes & Lotus Face

Lord Krishna's eyes are extremely capricious and endowed with love. His pair of eyes are  being stirred by  freshly elated feelings of His heart, every moment. Uttering soft sweet padas, a charming slight smile is playing on His lotus face, nectar is cascading from His red-hued lips, melodious flute play flows from His lips which are the source of nectar, thus showering the absolutely pure rasa of love. His play is endowed with intoxicating traits and is full of mellifluous melody.

The Ineffable Beauty of Krishna Enchants the Three Lokas

That Youthful form of Krishna is such that it enchants the entire world; His ineffable beauty is not to be seen anywhere in the whole universe. Those perfectly arched bowlike eyebrows, those sidelong glances, those rolling passion-laden eyes, that sweet melodious outpouring of rasa, radiant red-hued lips, that lotus face delighted by sweet nectareous flute play, is so very beautiful and attractive. Indeed, it enchants the three worlds. Shri Billavmangalji's eyes are ardently longing to catch a glimpse of that beauteous form of Krishna.
